Something Easy to Do
On October 1, 2004 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is 75 and had never had a mammogram until last year when she found her lump. She's stubborn that way. This website helps to fund mammograms. All that you need to do to help is click on a link from the homepage. So, in anticipation of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness month, please click the link and share it with others. Maybe some day, there will be a cure. Thanks.

This is a great site. Thanks for bringing it "public." My grandmother died of breast cancer when my mother was only 16. Eventhough I never met her, I miss her. Here's hoping for the cure! How is your mom, nearly one year out?

My mom finished her treatments in April and actually just had some follow-up tests last week, which looked to be all clear. She's slowly been getting her energy back and her spirits seem to be better as well. Thanks for asking.
